Pursuant to the liquidity agreement entered into by Groupe Eurotunnel SA (Paris:GET) and Oddo Corporate Finance, as at 30 juin 2014, the following stood to the credit of the liquidity account:

• 182,500 Groupe Eurotunnel shares
• EUR 6,028,038.31 in cash
