FLY Leasing Prices Public Offering Of 11.43 Mln Shares At $14/ADS - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - FLY Leasing Ltd (FLY), a global lessor of modern commercial jet aircraft, announced that it has priced underwritten public offering of 11.43 million common shares at $14.00 per ADS. The company expects to close the offering on or about July 17, 2013.

The company granted underwriters the option to purchase up to an additional 1.714 million of ADSs.

FLY Leasing expects offering proceeds to be about $150 million, after deducting underwriting discount and estimated offering expenses. The company plans to use offering proceeds for general corporate purposes, including the acquisition of aircraft.
