First Horizon Selects AnchorPoint's Software for Telecom Expense Management

FRAMINGHAM, Mass., Sept. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- AnchorPoint(TM), a leading provider of integrated Telecom Expense Management (TEM) solutions, today announced that First Horizon National Corporation has licensed the AnchorPoint TEM suite of applications for enterprise-wide management of voice, data, and wireless costs.

Following an extensive selection process, AnchorPoint's TEM solution stood out as the only licensed solution that could truly integrate all of the capabilities that First Horizon required. First Horizon will use AnchorPoint's suite of TEM applications to manage call accounting and toll fraud detection, cost allocation and asset tracking for chargeback, invoice processing for identification of vendor errors, automated invoice payment, cost of service analysis, and service procurement. First Horizon has also licensed AnchorPoint Business Analytics, gaining access to business intelligence-driven dashboards, alerts, scorecards and key performance indicators.
