Quotes

"Our diversity is our strength. Year after year, the Arab World Festival helps promote a rich and diversified artistic scene, and brings citizens closer together for a wide variety of cultural experiences. The Government of Canada is pleased to support this festival."

–The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Canadian Heritage

"Since its creation, the FMA has initiated a creation and production process that does not support unilateralism or neutrality. It relies on attentive listening and the mutual generosity of the various artistic stakeholders involved. Its approach allows artists to give free rein to their imagination in order to cross the boundaries of their practices and to present lively and captivating works to the public. The gaze is always turned toward our ability to welcome differences and to shake up previous achievements."

– Joseph Nakhlé, General Manager and Artistic Director of the Arab World Festival
