The Parties are pleased to announce that they have recentlyentered into Consent Judgments that will resolve the litigations. TheConsent Judgments recognize the validity and value of Viad'sintellectual property rights, including Viad's copyrights. Althoughthe specific terms are confidential, Viad has agreed to grant alicense to STAK with respect to a limited number of Viad'sintellectual property, including copyrights related to RMUs which willpermit STAK to manufacture and sell certain RMUs in exchange forpayment of royalties.
