Eurocastle Declares a Dividend of €0.125 per Ordinary Share for the Fourth Quarter 2015

Guernsey. 17 December 2015 -  Eurocastle Investment Limited (Euronext Amsterdam: ECT) today announces that its Board of Directors has declared a fourth quarter 2015 cash dividend of €0.125 per ordinary share.

The dividend is payable on 28 January 2016 to shareholders of record at close of business on 30 December 2015, with an ex-dividend date of 29 December 2015.
