eRealty Advisors, 100% commission real estate brokerage, launches in NY

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., May 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Stephen Apple and Richard Wolff, Co-founders of eRealty Advisors, Inc., a full-service new-age real estate brokerage firm, announced today that the company has launched operations in New York. The new company represents eRealty Advisors' entry into the 100% commission virtual brokerage model that is shaking up the real estate brokerage industry.

For a flat fee of $99 per month, residential and commercial agents receive benefits including E&O insurance, access to an online agent back office transaction management system, comprehensive marketing support, and a personalized web page. As independent agents they have full discretion to negotiate competitive commission rates. Licensed agents who are not active but want to refer business can join eRealty Advisors for $39 per month. The referral agent keeps 100% of the referral fee and can refer the lead to any licensed broker. 

As owners, Richard and Steve do not compete with their agents.
