Deutsche Wohnen Publishes Preliminary Results for 3M 2024

Berlin, April 30, 2024. Following the three months’ interim results of its majority shareholder, Vonovia SE, Deutsche Wohnen SE publishes the following KPIs for the first three months of the financial year 2024. The numbers are preliminary.

In the first three months in 2024, Deutsche Wohnen SE generated an Adjusted EBT of the continued operations of € 141.3 million (€ 0.36 per share). The Adj. NAV amounted to € 17,010.4 million (€ 42.85 per share).

The publication of the final numbers for the first three months of the financial year 2024 is scheduled for May 3, 2024.
