EQS-Adhoc: Altech Advanced Materials AG: Final result of the capital increase

Altech Advanced Materials AG (FRA: AMA) announces that a total of EUR 809,836.80 has been raised in the rights issue with the following private placement, which was completed today. The capital increase will now be promptly registered with the relevant commercial register and the New Shares are expected to be delivered to the subscribers by mid-November.
