EPR Properties Lowers 2018 Adj. FFO/shr Guidance - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - EPR Properties (EPR) announced the company is reducing its 2018 guidance for FFO as adjusted per share to a range of $5.23 to $5.38 from a range of $5.33 to $5.48. The company also reduced its 2018 investment spending guidance to a range of $400.0 million to $700.0 million from a range of $700.0 million to $800.0 million and increased its disposition proceeds guidance to a range of $350.0 million to $450.0 million from a range of $125.0 million to $225.0 million for 2018.

For the fourth quarter of 2017, FFO as adjusted was $95.9 million, or $1.29 per diluted common share, compared to $80.7 million, or $1.26 per diluted common share, for the same quarter in 2016, representing a 2% increase in per share results. Total revenue was $147.7 million for the fourth quarter of 2017, representing a 13% increase from $130.8 million for the same quarter in 2016.
