Enterprise Schedule K-1s Now Available Online

    HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 23, 2005--Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE:EPD) today announced that it would begin mailing 2004 tax packages, including Schedule K-1, for Enterprise and GulfTerra Energy Partners, L.P. this week. The tax packages also will be available online beginning today for both Enterprise and GulfTerra and may be accessed via Enterprise's Web site at www.epplp.com. There will be separate links for each company in the section of the Web site titled "K-1 Information."
    Unitholders who owned GulfTerra common units in 2004 will receive a separate GulfTerra tax package and Schedule K-1 for their ownership of those common units prior to Sept. 30, 2004, the date of the merger with Enterprise. GulfTerra unitholders who exchanged their common units for Enterprise common units in the merger will also receive a separate Enterprise tax package and Schedule K-1 for ownership activity after Sept. 30, 2004.
