    DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 25, 2005--ElkCorp, (NYSE:ELK) announced today its declaration of a five cent ($0.05) per share regular quarterly cash dividend, payable May 26, 2005, to shareholders of record on May 9, 2005.
    The current declaration represents the Company's 101st quarterly cash dividend paid on its common stock.
