Eaton Vance Executes New Lease for Space at 200 State Street

Approximately 100 of the company's employees from its Operations,IT, Corporate Communications and Statistics departments will relocateto this space from the company's headquarters at 255 State Street.More than 400 Eaton Vance employees will remain at 255 State Street.

"Eaton Vance leased this additional space to accommodate thetremendous growth we've experienced over the last few years. Sincelocating our headquarters to 255 State Street in May 1999, Eaton Vancehas hired more than 200 additional employees," commented Jeff Beale,Chief Administrative Officer of Eaton Vance Corp. "In order toaccommodate the company's ongoing growth, it was necessary to expandour office facilities. The bulk of our operations will still be housedin one central location at 255 State Street, with a handful ofdepartments now located a stone's throw away, diagonally across thestreet."
