Douglas Elliman Names Jay Phillip Parker CEO Of Florida Brokerage

MIAMI, Sept. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Douglas Elliman Real Estate announces that Jay Phillip Parker, a prominent Florida attorney and real estate entrepreneur, has been named CEO of Douglas Elliman'sFlorida brokerage. With a strong background in lending, financing, and title insurance, Mr. Parker is the founding partner of Clear Title Group LLC, a partner in the Law Firm Beloff Parker Jacobs, PLC, one of Miami Beach's most prestigious real estate law firms, and Managing Partner of Titan Capital, a direct lender with offices in Miami, New York, and Connecticut.

Mr. Parker began his career at the law firm of Gunster Yoakley where he worked in the real estate department of both Miami and Palm Beach Offices. While there, he was fundamental to an international rollout that dealt with over $300 million in mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Parker also served as General Counsel for LandTel Communications in New York City and oversaw the implementation of a Pan-European fixed wireless market, raising more than $375 million from numerous private equity firms. In 2001, Mr. Parker moved back to Miami Beach to form Clear Title Group, LLC and Titan Capital Florida, LLC.
