(RTTNews) - Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (DLR), a provider of data center solutions, reported preliminary leasing results for the fourth quarter of 2014, initial guidance for 2015, and details for its fourth quarter 2014 earnings release and conference call.

Digital Realty inked new leases of more than $45 million of annualized GAAP rental revenue during the fourth quarter, bringing the annual total for 2014 to over $155 million.

Looking ahead, the firm issued its initial 2015 core FFO per share outlook within a range of $5.00 - $5.10, representing an increase of nearly 1% - 4% over full-year 2014 core FFO per share target of $4.90 - $4.95. This outlook reflects dilution from the company's capital-recycling program, which is likely to reduce core FFO per share by about 2% in 2015.
