Digital Realty Trust Reports Q2 Core FFO/shr Of $1.21 - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (DLR), a global provider of data center and colocation solutions, reported second-quarter net income available to stockholders of $42 million, or $0.31 per share, compared to $47.1 million or $0.37 per share in the second quarter of 2013.

Funds from operations was $164.2 million or $1.20 per share, compared to $163.7 million or $1.22 per share, prior year. Excluding certain items, core FFO was $1.21 per share for the quarter.
