Digital Realty Trust Q4 FFO Rises

(RTTNews) - Digital Realty Trust Inc. (DLR) Monday reported fourth-quarter funds from operations of $170.3 million or $1.26 per share, compared to $153.7 million or $1.16 per share last year.

Core FFO for the quarter were $174.4 million or $1.26 compared to $163.5 million or $1.19 per share last year.

On average, 19 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report FFO of $1.14 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Net income for the quarter were $43.0 million or $0.33 per share, compared to $44.8 million or $0.36 per share last year.

Total operating revenues for the quarter rose to $380.9 million from $349.7 million last year. Analysts estimated revenues of $376.82 million for the quarter.

For the full year 2014, Digital Realty reiterated its core FFO per share outlook of $4.75-$4.90.
