Digital Realty Trust Q1 FFO Up - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Digital Realty Trust Inc. (DLR) Tuesday reported first-quarter funds from operations, or FFO, of $168 million or $1.22 per share, up from $155.0 million or $1.16 per share in the samd period last year.

Core FFO for the quarter was $1.28 per share. On average, 19 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $1.18 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Net income for the quarter decreased to $34 million or $0.26 per share from $42.66 million or $0.34 per share in the last year.

Revenues improved 3 percent to $391 million from $358.37 million last year. Analysts expected revenues of $387.17 million.

Looking ahead to the fiscal 2014, the company has raised its core FFO outlook to a range of $4.80 to $4.90 per share from its prior range of $4.75 to $4.90 per share. Analysts currently expect full-year FFO of $4.82 per share.
