Digital Realty Trust Appoints William Stein As CEO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Digital Realty Trust Inc. (DLR), a provider of data center and colocation solutions, announced that it appointed William Stein as Chief Executive Officer and to the board of directors, effective immediately.

Stein has been serving as interim CEO since March 2014 and has served as the company's Chief Financial Officer since July 2004, as well as its Chief Investment Officer from 2004 until April 2014.

The company noted that Stein will continue to serve as CFO while the company searches for a permanent successor.

In March, Digital Realty Trust had said Michael Foust departed as Chief Executive Officer of the company. William Stein, CFO and Chief Investment Officer, had been elected to replace Foust, on an interim basis.
