New member of the Supervisory Board at UMT United Mobility Technology AG

Mr. Clemens Jakopitsch is a new member of the Supervisory Board at UMT United Mobility Technology AG. The 34-year-old management consultant was appointed by the district court of Munich on a proposal from UMT United Mobility Technology AG.

Mr. Jakopitsch is an independent management consultant with offices in Vienna, Leoben, and Ludmannsdorf, Austria. As managing director of Behördenengineering Jakopitsch, he advises companies and institutions in the area of commercial and environmental law as well as technology and supports them in administrative procedures. Furthermore, Mr. Jakopitsch works as an expert and external audit leader in the implementation of certification standards in large companies. Mr. Jakopitsch completed his studies in international business administration with a focus on finance and industrial management at the University of Vienna.

The Supervisory Board of UMT United Mobility Technology AG consists of Walter Raizner (Chairman of the Supervisory Board), Markus Wenner, and Clemens Jakopitsch.
