Jens Breuer leaves the Board of Management of MediClin AG at his own request on May, 2018

Offenburg, January 8, 2018 - Jens Breuer (44), CFO of MEDICLIN Aktiengesellschaft (MediClin), will leave the Company at his own request on May 31, 2018. "I asked the Supervisory Board not to renew again my management board contract. After six interesting and successful years as CFO of MediClin it is time for me to redefine my career path", Jens Breuer commented his decision.

The Supervisory Board follows his request and thanks him for the successful performed work. "We regret that Mr Breuer will retire form the Management Board of MediClin and we wish him all the best in his personal and professional life and furthermore great success for his future professional career", said Dr Ulrich Wandschneider, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Mediclin.

Regarding the new appointment to the Management Board, the Supervisory Board will inform about a successor in due course.
