Daldrup & Söhne AG: Regulatory authorities approve special operating plan for construction / upgrade and recommissioning of Landau geothermal power plant

- In first step, tests of various plant components will be undertaken

Grünwald / Ascheberg, Germany, August 8, 2017 - geox GmbH, a subsidiary of the drilling technology and geothermics specialist Daldrup & Söhne AG (ISIN DE0007830572) and the operator of the Landau geothermal power plant in Landau i.d. Pfalz, Germany, has received approval, reference number Ew5-L-05/15-008, for its special operating plan for "the construction / upgrade and recommissioning of the facilities of the primary circulation system of the Landau geothermal power plant for the production of geothermal energy".

A first testing phase checking the functionality of various important plant components will begin in coordination with the relevant regulatory authorities following the submission of all required inspection and verification certificates. The Company will promptly provide information on the next steps.

The existing project management and power station expertise means that all stages of value creation can be covered for a deep geothermics project.

The shares of Daldrup & Söhne AG are listed in the Scale (sub-segment in the open market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange).
