Buyback of own shares - 27th interim notification

In the period from 11 July 2016 until and including 17 July 2016 a total of 47,877 shares were purchased within the scope of the share buyback. Notice of commencement of this share buyback on 11 January 2016 was given by publication on 7 January 2016 pursuant to Art. 4 para. 2 of the Regulation (EC) no. 2273/2003.

The daily aggregated volumes of repurchased shares and the volume-weighted average purchase prices in the period from 11 July 2016 until and including 17 July 2016 are as follows:

A total number of 3,727,902 shares have been repurchased within the scope of this buyback in the period from 11 January 2016 until and including 17 July 2016.

The buyback of shares has been carried out through a bank mandated by OSRAM Licht AG, exclusively through the electronic XETRA trading system of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Information on each transaction and the daily trading volume pursuant to Art. 5 para. 1 lit.b, para. 3 of the Regulation (EC) no. 596/2014 in conjunction with Art. 2 para. 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EC) 2016/1052 are published on the website of OSRAM Licht AG at http:// www.osram-group.com/share-buyback.
