Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG: Change of the Management Board

Berlin, 11 January 2016. Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG (ISIN DE000FPH9000) announces that the appointment of Hans Szymanski as Member of the Management Board and CEO has been terminated by mutual agreement as of 11 January 2016. He will be succeeded by Rüdiger Andreas Günther as new Member of the Management Board and new CEO also effective 11 January 2016. In his last position Mr Günther was Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer of Jenoptik AG from 2012 to 2015. He will also hold this position at Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG.

Mr Szymanski joined the Management Board of Francotyp-Postalia Holding AG in 2008. The Supervisory Board would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his successful work towards the company's new strategy and continued growth.
