DELTA BRANDS Acquires Dollar Business from PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS LLC.

NEW YORK, Dec. 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Delta Brands Inc., ("Delta"), has acquired the dollar/value business of Personal Care Products LLC. ("PCP"), through a newly formed affiliate.  With this acquisition, Delta Brands strenghtens its position as the leading supplier of value-priced everyday consumable products in the health & beauty care and household care categories.

The acquisition brings under the same umbrella the following brands:

• In health & beauty care:  Lucky Super Soft, Personal Care, Baby Love, My Fair Baby, Clarisse, Shea Solutions
• In home care:  Powerhouse, Home Select, Great Scents
