Congressman Fattah Statement on the Anniversary of 9/11

WASHINGTON, Sept. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Congressman Chaka Fattah (PA-02) released the following statement on the twelfth anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks:
