Climb Global Solutions Appoints Matthew Sullivan As New CFO

(RTTNews) - Climb Global Solutions, Inc. (CLMB) - a New Jersey-based value-added global IT distribution and solutions company Monday announced the appointment of Matthew Sullivan, the company's current Chief Accounting Officer, as Chief Financial Officer, effective January 10, 2025.

This follows the retirement of Andrew Clark, who will remain with the company as an advisor until April 15, 2025, to facilitate a smooth transition.

Sullivan joined the company in 2019 as Vice President, Corporate Controller, and later served as Chief Accounting Officer, overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and planning. Sullivan played a role in the financial aspects of five acquisitions since 2020. Prior to Climb, he held finance positions at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service and BDO USA, LLP.

Monday CLMB closed at $124.02 or 0.19% lower on the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
