Centene Sees 2015 Adj. EPS To Exceed Prior Guidance Range; Affirms 2016 Guidance

(RTTNews) - Centene Corp. (CNC) announced it expects 2015 earnings per share excluding Health Net merger related costs to exceed its previously announced range of $2.90 to $2.94. The company said, preliminary unaudited financial information from continuing operations for the full year 2015, shows EPS excluding Health Net merger related expenses to be $3.03. For the fourth-quarter, EPS excluding Health Net merger related expenses, was $0.95.

For its 2016 fiscal year, the company expects from continuing operations: total revenues in the range of $41.2 billion to $42.0 billion; GAAP earnings per share of approximately $2.85 to $3.15; and adjusted earnings per share of approximately $4.10 to $4.40.
