Carlisle Names Christian Koch To Succeed David Roberts As CEO

(RTTNews) - Carlisle Companies Inc. (CSL) Friday announced the appointment of Christian Koch as chief executive officer and a member of the Board, effective January 1, 2016. David Roberts, current chairman and chief executive officer, will become executive chairman. Roberts will continue to be a board member.

Koch has been with the company since 2008. In 2014, he was elected President and Chief Operating Officer. Earlier, he has served as Group President of Carlisle Brake & Friction, Carlisle Foodservice Products.

Roberts will become Executive Chairman on January 1, 2016 after serving over 8 years as Carlisle's Chairman and CEO. He joined Carlisle as CEO in 2007.
