Callaway Golf Q4 Loss Narrows - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Callaway Golf Co. (ELY) Wednesday said fourth-quarter loss narrowed to $49 million or $0.65 per share from $71 million or $1.01 per share in the same period last year.

Adjusted loss for the quarter was $26 million or $0.34 per share. On average, eight analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report a loss of $0.32 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Sales increased to $127 million from $120 million last year. Analysts expected sales of $122.09 million.
