Boingo Graphics recognized as Outstanding Philanthropic Small Business

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Oct. 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Boingo Graphics, a 34-year-old commercial printing company based in Charlotte, North Carolina has been recognized as the 2013 Outstanding Philanthropic Small Business byThe Association of Fundraising Professionals, Charlotte Chapter.

In June of 2012, Boingo Graphics launched its community outreach program, Boingo Cares (www.boingocares.com), with a mission to provide technology based print services to organizations that may not be in the position to afford such programs.  The program currently includes outstanding organizations such as the Humane Society of Charlotte and 24 Hours of Booty.

"We feel very fortunate to be in the position to give back to the community," says Boingo Graphics EVP Linda Kirby. "Our goal is to expand Boingo Cares from its current membership of 38 local non-profits to over 50 by this time next year.  Each member receives access to a variety of Boingo Graphics services including free web portals for ordering printed collateral, birthday cards on-demand for donors and stakeholders, and access to Boingo Graphics' photo library."

Boingo Graphics will be presented the award on November 13, 2013 - National Philanthropy Day - along with other outstanding champions of philanthropy in the Charlotte region being recognized for their contributions to the community.
