Black Knight Financial Services Files IPO Of Up To $100 Mln

(RTTNews) - Fidelity National Financial Inc. (FNF) announced that Black Knight Financial Services Inc. has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock.

Black Knight Financial Services plans to raise up to $100.00 million of common stock through initial public offering. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.

Black Knight intends to file an application to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "BKFS".
