BinckBank appoints member of the supervisory and member of the executive board

During the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders on Friday 30 October 2015 mr A. Soederhuizen (1965) has been appointed as a member of the supervisory board of BinckBank. Mr Soederhuizen is appointed until the end of the annual general meeting of shareholders to be held in 2019. Mr Soederhuizen will serve as a member of the Risk & Product Development Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

The supervisory board has appointed mr S.J. Clausing (1971) as a member of the executive board (COO) of BinckBank. Mr Clausing is appointed until the end of the annual general meeting of shareholder to be held in 2019.

Both Mr Soederhuizen and mr Clausing have received approval of the regulator(s).

After the appointment of mr Soederhuizen the supervisory board of BinckBank consists of mr J.W.T van der Steen (chairman), mrs C. van der Weerdt- Norder (vice chairman), mr L. Deuzeman, mrs J.M. Kemna and mr A. Soederhuizen.

The executive board of BinckBank consists after the appointment of mr S.J. Clausing of messrs V.J.J. Germyns (chairman), E.J.M. Kooistra (CFRO) and S.J. Clausing (COO).
