BellSouth Delivers FastAccess Same-Day Repair Guarantee

ATLANTA, Jan. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- BellSouth announced that it has enhanced its current 24-hour repair guarantee to a same-day repair guarantee for BellSouth(R) FastAccess(R) Business DSL customers. The new guarantee promises that if a service need is reported by noon on any day and the customer accepts the first appointment offered, BellSouth guarantees to restore the service on the same day. BellSouth will credit customer accounts which are not restored as promised, with the amount of the downtime plus an additional 10% of that month's recurring charges.
