B/E Aerospace's KLX Unit Prices $1.2 Bln Of Senior Notes
(RTTNews) - B/E Aerospace, Inc. (BEAV) said Friday that its subsidiary KLX Inc. has priced its offering of $1.2 billion aggregate principal amount 5.875% of senior notes due 2022 in preparation for the spin-off of KLX from B/E Aerospace.
The Notes were priced at 100% of the aggregate principal amount.
It is expected that the proceeds from the offering of the notes will be deposited into an escrow account pending the completion of the spin-off.
