Arthur J. Gallagher Announces Acquisition Of Pavey Group - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) announced the acquisition of UK-based Pavey Group, a retail insurance broker. Pavey Group offers retail property and casualty insurance and risk management advice to commercial businesses, care facilities, charities and the construction, manufacturing, agricultural and leisure sectors.

Graham Brown, Managing Director of Pavey Group, and his associates will continue to operate from their existing office locations and will form part of Gallagher's UK Retail Division.
