ARC Group Worldwide Q3 Profit Surges - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - ARC Group Worldwide, Inc. (ARCW) Wednesday reported third-quarter net income attributable to the company of $1.58 million, significantly up from $752 thousand in the prior year.

The provider of advanced manufacturing and 3D printing solutions said its adjusted earnings per share were $0.30, compared to $0.13 per share in the previous year.

After giving effect to the 1.5:1 stock dividend paid on May 1, 2014, adjusted earnings were $0.12 for the third quarter fiscal year 2014, while the firm posted $0.05 per share last year.

Quarterly sales climbed 14.7% to $20.9 million from $18.2 million in the preceding year.

"Third quarter results were driven by continued robust performance throughout the Company's advanced manufacturing operations and across its diverse client base," said Jason Young, Chairman and CEO.
