Amedisys Q3 Earnings Rise 27%

(RTTNews) - Amedisys (AMED) released a profit for its third quarter that rose from last year.

The company said its bottom line climbed to $11.53 million, or $0.34 per share. This was up from $9.06 million, or $0.28 per share, in last year's third quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 8.7% to $326.45 million. This was up from $300.28 million last year.
