Allegiant Air Adds 3 New Cities

(RTTNews) - Allegiant Air, Las Vegas-based no-frills airline, Tuesday announced adding of three new cities with 22 new non-stop routes. In all the new routes, it plans to launch two flights a week. This is the biggest expansion plan for the airline. Now, its services will be available in 114 cities.

Allegiant will add Albuquerque, Evansville in Indiana and Santa Rosa in California to its map. The introductory pricing will start at $29 in Albuquerque routes.

Flights to Santa Rosa, Sonomoa County airport will begin on May 19, while Phoenis-Mesa flights will start on May 26. Albuquerque - Austin, Albuquerque- Las Vegas, as well as Evansville - Orlando-Sanford route will be operational from June 2. Orlando-Sanford - Akron Canton schedule will begin on May 19, while Wichitia and El Paso will start on May 25 and May 27 respectively.

Destin-Fort Walton Beach- Fort Laudedale and Okalahoma City destinations will start from May 26, Knoxville, Memphis will begin on May 27.

Allegiant said its Myrtle Beach - Harrisburg schedule will begin from May 19, Toledo on June 3 and Newburgh/Stewart on June 16.

Los Angeles - Membphis route will start from June 2 and Reno route on June 9. Jacksonville - Asheville as well as Belleville-Mid Americas/St. Louis flights will start from May 27, Columbus; Ohio route will begin on May 25 and Indianapolis rote will start on June 2. The airline plans to operate its New Orleans - Tulsa flight from May 26.
