After-market Movers For July 20 (IBM, SANM, SHAK)
(RTTNews) - Gainers:
Sanmina Corp. (SANM) gained 13 percent to $21.47. The company's third quarter earnings improved from the year-ago quarter and its adjusted result topped Street view. Revenues declined from the prior year period, but managed to come above estimate. The company also guided fourth quarter results inline with estimates.
Decliners:
International Business Machines Corp. (IBM) fell 5 percent to $164.20. The company's second quarter profit declined from the year-ago quarter, but its operating earnings per share topped Wall Street view. Total revenue for the quarter fell 13.5 percent and also missed the consensus estimate. At the same time, IBM reaffirmed its 2015 operating earnings guidance.
Shake Shack Inc. (SHAK) declined 4 percent to $52.75 based on the news that certain selling stockholders are offering 4 million shares of company's Class A common stock.
