A. Schulman, Inc. Names Bernard Rzepka President And CEO -quick Facts

(RTTNews) - A. Schulman, Inc. (SHLM) Monday said it named Bernard Rzepka as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2015, succeeding Joseph Gingo, who will retire on December 31, 2014. However, Gingo will continue as Chairman of the board after his retirement.

The new Chief executive, Bernard has been with Schulman for 22 years and most recently, served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to his role as Chief operating officer, Bernard had managed the firm's largest and most profitable business segment - Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
