The Portfolio may also invest up to one third of its assets in debt securities other than Investment Grade corporates including, but not limited to, government and below Investment Grade securities, which may include, without being limited to, asset-backed and/or mortgage-backed Transferable Securities (not exceeding 20% of the Portfolio’s Net Asset Value).
