The Sub-Fund may also invest in senior floating rate notes offering enhanced liquidity for similar security features. The instruments in which the Sub-Fund will invest are majoritarily unrated or non-investment grade assets (usually privately rated in Europe with a BB or B rating equivalent by Standard & Poor's or similar rating from a recognised rating agency), including sub-participations in existing senior secured loans.
