The investment objective of the Sub-Fund is to track both the upward and the downward evolution of the MSCI Europe ESG Climate Transition (EU CTB) Select Net Total Return Index (the “Index”) denominated in Euros and representative of the performance of an investment strategy constructed from the MSCI Europe Index (the "Parent Index") and designed to exceed the minimum standards of the EU Climate Transition Benchmarks (the “EU CTB”) required under delegated acts supplementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2089 amending Regulation (EU) 2016/1011 (the “Benchmark Regulation”), while minimizing the volatility of the difference between the return of the Sub-Fund and the return of the Index (the “Tracking Error”).
