U.S. ECRI Leading Index Growth Eases
(RTTNews) - The leading index, which measures future U.S. economic growth, posted annualized increase of 4.5 percent during the week ended August 16, the Economic Cycle Research Institute reportedly said Friday.
However, the rate slowed from the 4.7 percent growth logged a week ago. The index edged down to 131.1 from 131.2 in the previous week.
