South Korea Producer Prices Add 0.1% In May
(RTTNews) - Producer prices in South Korea were up 0.1 percent on month in May, the Bank of Korea reported on Friday - following the flat reading in April.
Among the individual components, prices for agricultural, forestry and marine products climbed 2.2 percent, while manufacturing industry products added 0.4 percent, electric power, gas and water supply tumbled 3.8 percent and services gained 0.1 percent.
On a yearly basis, producer prices dropped 3.5 percent following the 3.6 percent decline in the previous month.
