New Zealand Terms Of Trade Dip 4.4% In Q3
(RTTNews) - New Zealand's terms of trade fell 4.4 percent on quarter in the third quarter of 2014, Statistics New Zealand said on Monday.
That was roughly in line with forecasts for a decline of 4.5 percent following the 0.3 percent increase in the second quarter.
Export prices for goods fell 4.5 percent on quarter, while import prices for goods fell 0.1 percent.
The services terms of trade added 0.5 percent, while services export prices rose 0.6 percent and services import prices climbed 0.1 percent.
