COLOMBIA: Industrial Production Falls 1.9% In September On Annual Basis
(RTTNews) - Colombia's industrial output fell by 1.9% in September on an annual basis, while sales dropped by 1.8% and the personnel employed decreased 1.3%, said the country's statistics office.
In August, also on an annual comparison, industrial production fell 2.9%, sales decreased 3%, and personnel employed dropped 1.2%.
In September, the sharpest falls were recorded in the manufacture of bodies for motor vehicles, basic industries of precious metals, machinery, and tanning of leather.
