BRAZIL: Government Revenue Increases 3% On Year In June
(RTTNews) - Brazil's government revenue from taxes and other sources rose 3% in June compared to the same month a year ago, to R$ 104.1 billion.
The increase accounts for inflation in the period. Comparing to May, the tax revenue increased 6.8%.
The Brazilian government revenue is still recovering from a substantial decrease in the last two years, when the country faced a deep economic recession. In the first half of 2017, the goverment revenue increased by 0.77%, to R$ 617.2 billion.
