Hong Kong, February 13, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service says that Hong Kong'sSecurities and Futures Commission's proposed amendments to the Code on real estate investment trusts (REIT) will increase the REITs' execution and financial risks. On the other hand, if the changes are passed, they will help advance the development of the REIT market there.
